Tout comme le reste de votre corps, votre colonne vert\u00e9brale a besoin d'eau pour fonctionner correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une bonne sant\u00e9 de la colonne vert\u00e9brale commence par une hydratation ad\u00e9quate.
